Handover - Once internally confirmed that the works defined in the contract are complete, the handover of the site to the client takes place, during a handover meeting following a thorough inspection of the site. During this process we issue the client: any access control cards, keys; the health and safety file, building owner's manual, logbook, user's guide; certificates and warranties in respect of the works, drawings from consultants and specialist suppliers and contractors (or as manufactured and installed), copies of statutory approvals, waivers, consents and conditions, equipment test certificates for lifts, escalators, lifting equipment, or other equipment; licenses for gas storage and ground-water, etc.
